Nepal lost to India in the NSC-Kava Women’s Volleyball Challenge Cup. In the last match of the group stage held today at the National Sports Council’s Covered Hall in Tripureshwar, Nepal lost to India by 1-3. Along with this, India became the winner of Group A and reached the semi-finals, while Nepal became the runner-up of the group and reached the semi-finals.
Now, in the semi-final match, Nepal will compete against Kazakhstan, the winner of Group B, on Friday. India will play Group B runners-up Uzbekistan in the semi-finals. In today’s match, Nepal lost the first set 12-25. Then Nepal lost the second set 24-26. Nepal won the third set 25-20. In the fourth and last set, Nepal lost 25-21 and became the runner-up of the group.
