The Janata Samajwadi Party Nepal (JSP Nepal) has objected to the recent appointments of Pragya Pratishthan by the government as inappropriate.
The Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation has objected to the appointments made by the Nepal Pragya Academy, the Nepal Music and Drama Academy and the Nepal Fine Arts Academy, saying that JSP Nepal has drawn attention. The government appointed all the three institutes on Thursday and Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda administered the oath to the chancellors of the three institutes at the official residence in Waluwatar.
Purna Basnet, Head of the Central Propaganda Department of Jaspa Nepal issued a statement and expressed his agreement. “Jaspa Nepal strongly demands that the appointees who are contrary to the spirit, spirit and principle of inclusion of the constitution should be appointed in a way that conforms to the principle of true and proportional inclusion,” said the statement issued by Basnet.
