Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda has promised to improve the quality of public health.
Addressing the third convocation ceremony of the National Academy of Medical Sciences on Friday, he said that the service providers and individuals in the government health institutions and institutions were not providing effective services and said that it would be managed.
He said that professional dignity and conduct have been eroded and there has also been neglect and misuse of government property in collusion.
