President Ramchandra Paudel has observed the Bhoto Jatra of Rato Machhindranath, the god of rain and time.
President Paudel attended the Vottojatra organized on Thursday afternoon in Jaulakhel and observed the Vottojatra.
Vice President Ram Sahay Prasad Yadav, Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda, Speaker Devraj Ghimire, Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister Narayan Kaji Shrestha and ministers were present to observe the Votojatra.
