In the case of fake Bhutanese refugees, District Public Prosecutor’s Office Kathmandu has registered a case in District Court Kathmandu.
On Wednesday afternoon, the public prosecutor’s office filed a charge sheet against 30 defendants in the district public prosecutor’s office in the fraud case of taking Nepali citizens as Bhutanese refugees to America.
It has been demanded to take action against them in cases of fraud, forgery of government documents, crimes against national interest and organized crime.
In the case of fake Bhutanese refugees, a case has been registered against 30 people including UML leader and member of the House of Representatives Top Bahadur Rayamazhi, Congress leader Balkrishna Khan, former Speaker Angtawa Sherpa, then Secretary of Home Ministry Tek Narayan Pandey, security advisor of then Home Minister Ram Bahadur Thapa Indrajit Rai.
