Kathmandu. A team led by the Chief Minister of Sudurpaschim Province Kamal Bahadur Shah met Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda. The team reached the Prime Minister’s official residence in Baluwatar on Wednesday and met Prime Minister Prachanda.
At the same time, Chief Minister Shah has requested to give priority to the Far West in the budget of the next financial year and to support the development and prosperity of that region.
While the discussion on policies and programs for the financial year 2080/81 is in the final stage and there are five days left for the budget of the next financial year, Chief Minister Shah’s team met Prime Minister Prachanda and asked him to ensure the budget for the Far Western Province.
Earlier on Tuesday, the team met Finance Minister Dr. He also met Prakashsharan Mahat.
