Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal has congratulated Hari Bahadur Budha, the record mountaineer who lost both his legs, at Singh Darwar. Budha, who successfully climbed Mount Everest, arrived in Kathmandu just today.
Budha was welcomed by Tourism Minister Sudan Kirati at Kathmandu’s domestic airport.
