Former Prime Minister Top Bahadur Rayamazhi and former Home Minister Balkrishna Khan, who were arrested in the case of fake Bhutanese refugees, have been brought to the district attorney’s office in Kathmandu for extension.
On Tuesday, the day after the police submitted the investigation report, they were taken to the public prosecutor’s office for an extension.
Kathmandu Police Complex has already recommended the public prosecutor through the study report to prosecute 33 people including Rayamazhi, Khan.
