Top Bahadur Rayamazhi, who was arrested in the fake Bhutanese refugee case, has been taken to the district court in Kathmandu.
Rayamazhi, who was arrested on Saturday evening, was taken from the custody of Sorakhhutte police station to the district court on Monday. Three days time has been requested for further investigation on him.
Rayamazhi, who came in a police van, entered the district court waving to the media persons present. He entered the courtroom smiling and waving.
