Kathmandu. In the meeting of the House of Representatives, the MPs of RPP raised slogans saying that they were not allowed to speak. They raised slogans demanding to be allowed to speak at the beginning of the meeting.
In the ongoing meeting at the Federal Parliament Building in Nayabaneshwar, the parliamentarians of the RPP are shouting slogans around the rostrum demanding to be allowed to speak at the beginning.
Speaker of the House Devraj Ghimire said that there is an agreement to remove the current time except the zero time, but the parliamentarians of the RPP are standing up and protesting.
However, after Speaker Ghimire gave time to Vimala Subedi to speak saying that zero time had started, the meeting was affected when the RPP MPs surrounded the rostrum.
