Kathmandu. The Abuse of Authority Investigation Commission has filed a corruption case against Ward President Arjun Kumar Chaudhary and Ward Secretary Madhav Kumar Rai of Janakpur sub-metropolitan ward number-11.
On the basis of the complaint that Sargemin Muchulka, who maintained the land registration, was demanding a bribe from the customer to sign the Rohbar, the team of the Authority Abuse Investigation Commission office, Bardiwas, arrested them while accepting a bribe of 50,000 rupees.
Bhola Dahal, spokesperson of the Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority, informed that a case has been filed in a special court with a bail of 50,000 rupees for both those who were caught red-handed.
