The country’s trade deficit in ten months is 12 trillion 4 billion

Kathmandu. In ten months of the current financial year, the country’s trade deficit has reached 12 trillion 4 billion.

This trade deficit is less than the previous year. At the same time last year, the country’s trade deficit reached 14 trillion 31 billion.

With the reduction in imports, the country’s trade deficit has been relieved. A total of 13 trillion 35 billion rupees have been imported during the ten months from July to April of the current financial year.

During the same period last year, the import was 16 trillion 4 billion. Imports decreased by 16.78 percent. Goods worth 1 trillion 30 billion rupees have been exported from the country in a period of ten months.

In the same period last year, exports were worth 1 trillion 73 billion rupees.
