Nawalpur. A girl-friendly study center related to children and adolescents is being constructed in Nawalpur.
A study center is being built at a cost of around five crore rupees with the aim of developing it as an open university for girls.
A girl-friendly study center with facilities is being constructed in Devchuli municipality-10 Prithvinagar of Nawalpur. A Girl Friendly Study Center is being built so that information about the policies, laws, documentaries, work done, activities of teenagers, books and information etc. related to children and teenagers can be obtained from one place, including Nepal.
The study center is being built at a cost of around five crore rupees with the aim of developing it as an open university for girls. For the first time in the district, the construction of a Kishori Maitri Study Center has been started with the idea of collecting information from one place and developing it as a place for learning.
According to Jagriti Bal and Yuva Sarokar Nepal, the necessary knowledge and skills will be provided to the children and teenagers by establishing a technology hall at the Kishori Maitri Study Center. Pointing out the need for child-friendly as well as girl-friendly study centers, the girls of the district united and demanded the center. Accordingly, once the study center is established in the district, it will be open to girls here as well as girls from any place.
Jagriti Bal and Yuva Sarokar Nepal’s own land, the work of the study center under construction in two kattha area has been completed 60 percent. The girls here are excited after the establishment of a girl-friendly study center in the district. They expect that the children will get training, necessary resources, and the opportunity to learn things about girls that they do not know.
Structures are being built to provide information about children and teenagers from one place, to conduct small to large level trainings for them, e-library, hall equipped with technology.
It is believed that this study center will provide more support in the empowerment of girls.
