Amid fluctuations, the market index NEPSE remained positive by 3 points and remained stable at 1821. The turnover decreased to 64 crores.
On this day, only commercial banks and other groups remained green. The highest increase of about 1 percent came in the non-life insurance group. Microfinance, hotel and tourism, hydropower and life insurance groups remained positive with double digits, while the rest remained green with normal digits.
According to the exchange, more than 2 million shares of 269 companies were bought and sold for a total of 64 million on this day in Nepal Stock Exchange. On this day, while the price of 136 companies increased, 63 companies decreased, according to NEPSE.
On this day too, the investors of Atmanirbhar microfinance earned the highest 10 percent, while the investors of Maikhola hydropower lost the highest 10 percent.
